Success in my role is only possible with 100’s of hours put in by myself outside of my contracted hours. I would also be held responsible for something going wrong if I missed something in my emails over holidays. I do not mind putting in extra hours but there should be a line to the amount. I am happy to do extra hours but there should be a limit or paid reward.
